You will need 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 table spoons of olive oil, and 1 green tea bag. You can also use loose tea.

Pour 1/4 cup of water into a measuring cup.

Heat the water up in a water boiler.

Pour the water you boiled into a cup and put the tea bag into the water.

Put the green tea into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Drink some tea while you're waiting :)

Measure 1/3 cup of sugar and pour it into a bowl.

Add two tablespoons of olive oil to the sugar and mix it.

Now add the green tea to the mixture then stir. You can also add a few drops of an essential oil if you want it to smell good.

Now rub it all over your hands or legs.

And wash! Now you will be silky smooth.

Put the leftover scrub in a small container.

Label the container so no one eats it :)

Refrigerate so you can keep it for later.
